Priced per point (outlet/water): 80-150 CNY per point in most cities; concrete chasing costs ~30% more than brick.
Negotiate Add-ons Upfront
- Pressure test included? (mandatory, 0.8MPa for 30 min)
- Demolition and debris removal
- Boxes, clips and other sundries
Put these into the contract to avoid per-meter surcharges.
